No worries about the bands or chains. I havent been using them in the past few months. theyre not a necessity. As for pullthroughs, I would suggest 45 degree hypers instead of SLDL. Just for the reason that i find SLDL to hit my hamstrings more, and the 45 degree hyupers to hit my lower back, which is what i'm targeting with the pullthroughs.
