    No worries about the bands or chains. I havent been using them in the past few months. theyre not a necessity. As for pullthroughs, I would suggest 45 degree hypers instead of SLDL. Just for the reason that i find SLDL to hit my hamstrings more, and the 45 degree hyupers to hit my lower back, which is what i'm targeting with the pullthroughs.

    BIG 3 TOTAL at 220lbs (28% BF) = 1089lbs

    Squats felt really good today. Wide stance felt great on my hips. 515 moved fast and easy but felt heavy which is why I didn't go any higher. Once I get used to heavy weight again I should be breaking pr's

    Maybe 50-80lbs or so. It's still not as tight as I want it to be, but not bad for not putting it on in 6 months.

    Ya my competition bench is around 255 or 260x5. About training on saturday, probably not. I bench mondays and accessory thursday so it reallyd oesnt fit in anywhere. I went heavy this week anyways so benching sat wouldnt be a great idea.

    Let's train any Friday, either this Friday or next. Would you be able to slightly adjust your program to make it work to do heavy shirted bench work or not? If not, that's understandable. P.S. Lauren found a ton of different shops in Ohio, she's now officially pumped to come!

    Yeah that shouldnt be a problem. If were going to bench though, we should go to the anvil. I'm going down monday and thursday this week.

    Dude, apparently we're benching at Westside? Can we not pull then? If we're benching, I better get into a ****ing shirt before I get down there otherwise I'll look like a complete fool!

    Been a while since i've updated this. Heading to Ohio tomorrow to train with Travis Bell and check out westside later in the week. Cant even remember my workouts lately, but I worked up to a 545 single ply squat a few weeks ago which was easy, hit a 298 raw bench which was easy, but I havent pulled from the floor in a few weeks. I'll be shooting for 315lb raw bench on monday at travis' gym, some big number for squats on tuesday, shirted bench wednesday at westside, then pulling on thursday. Friday we are scheduled to watch the ProAm, but I just realized it's about 3 hours away from where were staying so i'm not sure how that will workout.
