    (working on my grip strength with this too.)

    overall good workout. im always the last person in the weight room at school . i'm thinking about splitting up my upper body workout into back and chest again. cuz i just got a bench+barbell set+easy curl bar+a bunch of ****ty dumbells. although i cant do dips until i get my rack.

    my workout would be:
    chest+tris// flat bench, cg bench, incline bench, skulls, and i could do some lightweight/highrep flyes cuz the dumbells arent that heavy.

    back+bis// barbell rows, 1 arm bentover barbell row, pullups, t-bar rows(mabye if i rig something up), and then some bicep curls if i feel like it.

    would that be alright for a while?

    heh. the treadmill has an "up" state and a "down". when its up, the bench folds out from underneith, and when its down the bench folds into the bottom of it so you can run on it. i donno, its pretty scary cuz the aluminum is really thin.

    oh i forgot to add in yesterdays muay thai training.

    conditioning day.

    start off with 100 kicks
    then straight knees for 2 minutes, high intensity
    then some thigh conditioning.
    worked on thai count 1 and 2 and reverse thai count 1/2
    pushups along with japanese jump squats between rounds. no rest.

    mop- yeah it gets pretty intense sometimes. its great though. its nice to get a reality check when someone kicks your ass

    stump- hahaha yeah i know what you mean. after the summer i was like. oh god how did i get so lazy hahaha. i thought i read somewhere on here that your doing MT aswell? or boxing or jiu jitsu or something?

    AWESOME workout today! everything felt really good! i had a bit of wrist troubles on close grip (broken wrist + ligament damage before march break). i find that my tri's are stronger in comparison to my chest which is alright i guess. just something i need to work on.

    my body weight is 152.4 today

    good workout. my skulls skyrocketed today! i used to struggle for 8 with 75 but decided to hit 95 because ive been stuck with 75 for like 2 months. still looking for a decent priced power rack. need to get it by christmas. gonna go do some framing/electrical work with my dad in a bit. body weight: 150.8lbs with only a bowl of cereal in me.

    oh im also thinking about creatine. i was in gnc about to buy it but i decided against it. not sure why but i did. i am bulking through the winter and im wondering if this will help me get really strong through my bulk. thoughts?
