    DLifts + Shrugs in this routine??

    After doing dead lifts my traps are way more sore then doing shrugs and I was wondering if doing shrugs and dead lifts in my routine isn't a good idea. Heres my routine:

    Chest/Tris
    Rest
    Back/Bis (Dead lift day)
    Rest
    Shoulders/Legs (Shrug day)
    Rest

    Should I not bother doing shrugs if I'm working them by doing dead lifts?

    I hit my traps again on leg day, so far it has worked out well.
