Bruises after squats.....
Ok this is kinda random....but I did Squats on Monday and it was a very good/intense session. Probably one of the best days of training legs I had in a while. On Tuesday I was incredibly sore and today the same as I expected. I noticed I had small bruises on my thighs though. Is this normal if I worked thighs hard or is it a bad thing to actually train to the point of bruising?? This is the first time this happened.
Could of blown a blood vessel, is more redish than purple?
Not really..it's more purple than reddish
