    Thanksgiving Week PRs

225 for a max on bench! I had never even tried anything over 185 until today. That made my whole week. Anyone else?

    I'm 200 pounds, yay.

Not much of a record, but I've always dreamed of weighing 200 pounds.

I'm benching today and just may go for a new 1RM PR. I'm thinking I'll go for 285 and if that feels good possibly 290.

I did get a new PR on ATF Squat on Monday with a 385 and room to spare.
