The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Yes. You don't need a different routine for bulk or cutting.

Depends on your split. 3 days should be fine with WBB1.

You can drink them whenever you want.

What does your current diet look like?

Well, first things first. Are you getting bored of your routine or are you getting 'bored' of it because you're not using it effectively?

Secondly, pretty much any routine is good for bulking as size is a function of your diet. Working out 3 days or 5 is something that you're going to have to figure out on your own and will take time.

Start tracking what you eat for a week and go from there. If you're not making weight gains then you're not eating enough. You have a lot more to learn about your own eating habits than simply thinking some whey for breakfast and PWO is going to put on tons of mass.

Theres nothing wrong with WBB1, so either start on that or Bill Stars 5x5, which follows linear progression. It sounds like you're just starting out, so a good solid routine accompanied by a strong diet will put on some pounds quick.

    *EDIT* Damn you scarz! :P
