Okay, I thought even achieving a 315 lbs. deep squat for me at 140 lbs. was impossible. Now I just need to gain 15 or so lbs. and go for a 315 lbs. deep squat at least once would be a nice long term goal.
...But first, to aquire the lower back (or perhaps HIPS?) flexibility like the guy above has.
