    Critique This Diet!

    Imported from Word, so I don't know how it will look. I need advice on how to make this diet even better. It is a bulking diet for a 6', 180lbs., 21 year old male with about 10% BF.

    7:30 AM 1 CUPS MUSLEI
    8 OUNCES SKIM MILK
    1 APPLE
    1 MULTIVITAMIN
    1 SCOOP WHEY ISOLATE
    16 OUNCES WATER

    10:30 AM 1 CAN TUNA
    TABLESPOON PEANUT BUTTER
    1 BANANA
    2 SLICES WHEAT BREAD
    8 OUNCES SKIM MILK

    PRE-WORKOUT (1 HOUR BEFORE 11:30 PM) 5 GRAMS CREATINE MONOHYDRATE
    8 OUNCES GRAPE JUICE
    2 SCOOPS N-LARGE2
    20 OUNCES WATER

    POST-WORKOUT (IMMEDIATELY AFTER 1:30 PM) 5 GRAMS CREATINE MONOHYDRATE
    10 GRAMS L-GLUTAMINE
    8 OUNCES GRAPE JUICE
    2 SCOOPS WHEY ISOLATE
    20 OUNCES WATER

    3:00 PM 1 CAN TUNA
    TABLESPOON PEANUT BUTTER
    1 BANANA

    5:30 PM 2 GRILLED CHICKEN BREASTS

    firstly, too much in the way of weight gainers and pro powders.

    I have lots of ideas, but first tell me the macro breakdown of that diet and the calories.

    Here is the breakdown:

    Calories: 3831
    Protein: 398 grams
    Carbs: 479 grams
    Fat: 39 grams

    I used the stayinshape.com nutritional calculator.

    From what I can see... carbs are a bit high, but the other values are right on target. I'd like to hear your comments/suggestions though. I don't want to go shopping until I have something solid set up for the next couple of months.

    Whey isolate is not a good pre-bed meal because it digests too fast, add some EFA's to your prebed meal (you dont have any in your diet right now). And Tryska is right about too many shakes, get more real foods if you can.
