While eating clean, and staying close to maintenance calories, but lifting hard......what would be a reaonable amount of lean weight to gain in a week, if any? maybe too many variable to answer, but i was just trying to get a general idea. i ask because i have started to gain some weight (1.5 - 2 lb's per week), I am still eating clean but bumped up my calories some. I just want to make sure I am not gaining fat.
