I was looking around for good snacks today and I came upon simply:
2 Peanut butter sandwiches with whole wheat bread
A glass of milk.
I couldn't believe this totalled 50 grams of protein!
Have 4 snacks a day and you have your protein for the day-200G.
How is this for overall nutrition though?
50 grams of protein at what an est. 32grams of fat? So thats 200 grams of protein and 128 grams of fat.
not the best thing to eat all day IMO
Maybe a meal during bulking
Oh really, I didn't know about the fat. But I'm bulking anyways, I'm only at like 160 right now. Is it Okay to be eating that all the time?
dude thats waaaayyyy too much fat even on a bulking diet. Increase carbs try a macro ratio of 50/30/20 (Carbs/Protein/Fat) or a 50/35/15 (Carbs/Protein/Fat) to bulk on. And try eating about 2700 calories a day.

woah hes 160 shouldnt he eat more than 2700 cals a day thats probably what most cut on. I dont count cals but eating 6-8 times a day i sure i consume 2500-3000 cals while cutting

No matter what anyone says on this board (any board in general) someone will ALWAYS be there to dispute what you say. Best advice is really to avoid advice off the internet and research this kind of stuff on your own and make your desicion off of what you have learned then use a site like this just to make sure.
