I need to lose some serious LBS.

Whats up everyone. I need to lose weight bad. I am tired of the extra pounds. I hit the plates 5 times a week, but have trouble keeping a diet cause I am not sure what to eat and when. Any ideas for a good low fat diet. Thanks guys....NYOTTO

Whats ur stats? height, weight, measurements etc.. Losing weight is fairly easy as long as u eat the right foods in moderation... Someone here will be able to give u a good diet plan if you tell them how much weight you would like to lose and by when.

5-11 260lbs....very athletic but my diet sucks. I want to be like 190-200lbs big and in good shape. I don't have a time frame to lose the weight by. Should I? But I don't want it to take 5 years either ya know. Thanks
