    Please help me!

    I'm a 22:year old Swedish guy and I'm training to get bigger and to get more "visible" muscles.
    Right now my training schedule looks like this:

    Monday:
    Chest and Triceps
    Chest 9x8 reps
    Triceps 6x8 reps

    Tuesday: Off

    Wednesday:
    Back and Biceps
    Back: 12x8-10 reps
    Biceps 6x8 reps

    Thursday: Off

    Friday:
    Shoulders and legs
    Shoulders: 9x8 reps
    Legs 12x10-12 reps

    Sat+Sun: Off

    My weight is 105kg or 231lb and I'm 194cm or 6' 5'' tall.
    I think I eat properly, about 3500 kcal and 150-200g of protein a day.
    What do YOU think about this program?
    Do I have anything in it that I should change to be able to build big muscles faster?

    the same

    i do the same routine as you but have 4000cals and 300g of protein a day.Just bulk up ur cals.also, use weights that are hard to do 10 sets on, so u fail on about 8

    Be more specific on your exercises.

    When you say 9x8 is that sets and reps? If so then you should cut it back to 3 or 4x8.

    Ok, I think I can raise my energy intake a little more.
    But 300g of protein? Your body can only get about 30g of protein a meal. Do you eat 10 times a day?...

    Do you mean that I should only do three or four sets with 8 reps in each?
    Maybe on triceps, but och my back and chest I think I need to do more sets?...

    Although people will provide anecdotal evidence I have never seen any study to suggest that your body can utilize any more than 1g per lb of bodyweight for anything other than glucose production.

    I agree with others wrt calories though.
