I'm a 22:year old Swedish guy and I'm training to get bigger and to get more "visible" muscles.
Right now my training schedule looks like this:
Chest and Triceps
Chest 9x8 reps
Triceps 6x8 reps
Back and Biceps
Back: 12x8-10 reps
Biceps 6x8 reps
Shoulders and legs
Shoulders: 9x8 reps
Legs 12x10-12 reps
My weight is 105kg or 231lb and I'm 194cm or 6' 5'' tall.
I think I eat properly, about 3500 kcal and 150-200g of protein a day.
What do YOU think about this program?
Do I have anything in it that I should change to be able to build big muscles faster?
