The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Its no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Did you know the komodo dragon has an infectious bite, due to the fact that parts of it's last meal stay stuck in it's teeth and by creating a protein rich environment, fosters over 50 different types of bacteria? It can bite a deer, and even if the deer escapes the infection will kill it within a week.

    That's ace.

Congrats on the acquistion of an overwhelming burden.

And a BBQ sounds good.Looks cold though.
Out of the night that covers me,Black as the Pit from pole to pole,I thank whatever gods may be for my unconquerable soul. In The fell clutch of circumstance I have not winced nor cried aloud. Under the bludgeonings of chance my head is bloody, but unbowed. Beyond this place of wrath and tears looms but the horror of the shade And yet the menace of the years finds, and shall find, me unafraid. It matters not how strait the gate how charged with punishments the scroll,I am the master of my fate: I am the captain of my soul.

Just 'cause I'm slow... you're treating your Thursday workout as more "depletion" than "tension"?

(I bought the book, and am trying to get everything figured out.)

It's really a final depletion, but he refers to it as a tension workout.

Wow...unless I missed a pic, that's the leanest I've ever seen your midsection. Your chest is looking more square too.

    Good work!

Thanks everyone. Each bulk/cut I do I get a bit leaner and I think UD2 is a good way to have rapid success. It's the consistency that really makes everything come together.

I also find that I'm having more noted success due to the increase in phytonutrients. The diet remains the same and if anything, I'm doing less cardio and less supplements. Go spinach, go!

I think that's the best you've looked. I think you've been leaner but your chest looks much thicker so it works better.
