I tossed some tacos in one direction and some bamboo in another, and Isaac and Rene went their separate directions.

    .bbfnb.upper.
    preworkout
coffee, r-ala, yohimbine, taurine, and l-tyrosine.

    incline dumbbell press
    30x6, 60x6, 60x6, 60x6, 60x6, 60x6

    weighted chinups
    +0x6, +0x6, +0x6, +0x6, +0x6, +0x6

    weighted dips
    +0x6, +0x6, +0x6, +0x6, +0x6, +0x6

    barbell rows
    155x6, 155x6, 155x6, 155x6, 155x6, 155x6

I started off with less weight today because I actually know my limitations on upper body. I may have selected far too low for dips, but otherwise I was ok. So far, I may just look like a big pussy, but there is method behind the madness; at least I think.

Well, for what its worth, my sex drive has increased ridiculous amounts since taking it. I've read elsewhere that this is a possible "side effect," so I link this to the taurine. As far as performance goes, I'm not really sure. I was able to complete some rather voluminous workouts without entirely breaking down, so something I'm taking is doing the trick.

I take 3g pre-workout and sometimes 500mg with each meal. I've been doing it semi-consistently for a few weeks, but I used it with more regularity in the past.

    Go.

My lats are more sore than they've ever been today. That's super sweet! My chest, as suspected, didn't get as intense of a workout.

    Hey Gal,

Quick questions about your cutting program...

In it's simplest form, was it a gradual calorie decrease from around 2,000 cals to a low of 1,300-1,400s over the course of 3 days? and then you would start over?

    Thx,

    _8_

Where is Rob? I haven't seen him anywhere. Tell him to post somewhere at least!

Diet looks... terrible. More power to ya. Was today your first day using HEAT? How long will you run that?

Yeah, if you have someone who likes that kinda thing.

    .8.ball.
Depends on which cut you were referring to, I guess. This cut is a carb cycle which goes 1300/2700/2000, etc. Previous cuts were a bit different though (UD2, and the like).

    .rookie.
    Hells yeah!

    .will.
He's here! Diet is good. I plan on running it until I run out. If I feel it is of supreme value within a few weeks, I shall order more. I have some sesathin on the way and I believe I shall pick up some Anorect-IN or something to kill hunger at night without stimulation.

    .w1kked.
Go wish Rob luck, he's the one who needs it!

This is the one I'm refering to, how can you train... on 1,300? and I'm wondering what the logic is behind 1,300 then 2,700 then 2000 why not 2,000 per day? (I know you have a plan and there is a reason why your doing this... ) I'm just not seeing it... (not hAeting... ) just curious...

It's carb cycling. It allows me to have a large deficit, prevent leptin from dropping (and consequentially lose progress), and also allows me to keep my sanity. I don't lift on no carb days, mainly just on high carb days. The low carb days (middle of the road), I may do cardio.

So what's at stake with the "cutting contest"? Make it worth our time, maricon. Your wit and insight are not enough, chingatarugo.

If I win, I rock. If he wins, I still rock. It'll be hard to even judge, so I guess an overall bf% loss is the only way we can. I'm 180 @ 11.75% by 3-site right now, which is likely close to 15% in reality. If I lose at the pace I expect to, then I could be a real-life 8% by the time it ends. If I can get there, then I win no matter what because it'll mean I stuck to it. I'm just afraid with the move and home improvement work on its way that I will lose focus. That's why I need Rob to motivate me.

I'm swamped at work, but it's a good swamped. Ever hear of the phrase "scope creep?" Well try, "scope dump." Weeks of working on a project and now the entire scope has broadened two-fold. Plus, the guy responsible for the other side of this application is quitting as of next Wednedays, which means I get to do all of it. I'm just exhausted.

    .diet. - .high.carb.day.
My first high carb day - and so soon. Going to keep it light because I don't need it just yet.

1 cup fiber one, 6oz low-carb milk. 1tbsp extra slutty olive oil [2871550(29)15]
6oz turkey, 1 whole wheat tortilla, 1 apple, 3g fish oil caps [428948(4)36]
1 can tuna, 1 orange, 3g fish oil caps [257421(7)34]
    6oz chicken breast, 2.5oz oatmeal [4452048(7)42]
    1 scoop whey [11023(0)23]
    1 scoop whey, 6oz oamteal [74814118(17)44]
27.5g micellean, 1tbsp highest lignan flaxseed oil [351166(4)40]

    2513 calories
    66 fat 43% monounsaturates, 38% polyunsaturates, 19% saturates
    292g carbs 66g fiber
    218g protein

I am ridiculously tired and my knees kinda hurt. That sucks.

    squats [wide]
    ...6x8

    trapbar shrugs
    ...6x8

    other junk
    ...6x8

This was a lame workout. I was yawning going into it, so I guess I didn't expect much.
