The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

It’s no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

LOL, that puppy will have you doing HIIT. Sprinting from disaster to disaster. You've got a lot on your plate and for once I can agree with taking some time off. All that stress and working out can't be a good thing. At least your joints feel better.

I enrolled my new Siberian Husky in puppy training classes at the local Petsmart when she was about 8 weeks I think. I highly recommend them. I'm pretty sure when she's done she'll be able to mix my whey shakes for me.

My friend used them and said it wasn't too helpful due to the volume. He's using a boarding/training school now and they do unreal ****. The dogs there can stay for up to 4 minutes and it almost appears as they comprehend English fully. $500 though

Well, I'm in the process of packing/cleaning right now and that's proving to be an arduous task. The puppy is good; she's learning to use a litter box! Overall, we're still in a constant-monitoring phase, but once we can trust her with the litter box, it'll be a lot easier to get things done. Tonight I plan on clearing out the bedroom and packing away all of the out-of-season clothing and tossing the **** I'm never going to wear again.

I'll workout again someday, I promise. The good news is that I think my fat cells have become somewhat insulin resistant. I'm not piling on the fat as I used to.

Dude super cute puppy!! Is that a Weimaraner? I think there coats are kick A$$, that dog will jog with you for sure! Ive heard of people wraping a leash around their waist to make the dog follow them all day. Get's them used to you and you can take em out every hour to get them used to pissin outside. When they are on there own they can hide and leave little gifts for you all over the newness that is your soon to be soiled house. Congrats on that too. Are you gonna put pics up of the house? Am I going to have to dig around on your site to find them? Done spaming now later! Watch out Jeff here I come..
