    HA! He's not even close. I've been on the UD2 for the better part of almost 2 years.

    I AM THE KING OF THE UD2! (errr...unless you account for how badly I've f*cked it up for most of the time I've been on it) But, I'll be done shortly.

    I am very sore this morning; not like it is a shock or anything. The worst soreness is in my extensor carpi radialis longus, which always seems to get slammed by the lat pulldowns. I'm dreading today's leg workout because I am so unbelievably tired.

    The puppy is now officially litter trained. It was far easier than I expected it to be as well. One long weekend and she had it down and now she's actively seeking out her box when she has to go. Very smart puppy. She knows a handful of tricks already and more are coming all the time.

    Ok sleep.

    .diet. - .depletion.
    I didn't have time to eat my last meal, so I hit up a whey shake at home before the workout.

    • 8oz cottage cheese, splenda, cinammon, 2g fish oil
    • 6oz turkey, 1 apple, 2g fish oil
    • 2 scoops whey, 2g fish oil
    • 1 chicken breast, 1 tsbp olive oil
    • 1 scoop micellean, 1 orange, 1 tbsp olive oil

    .supplements.
    • mutli-vitamin, c, b, e, zinc, heat, sesathin, glucosamine/msm

    .training.depletion.two.
    I punished myself for being off the diet so ****ing long.

    • narrow atf squat
    95x15, 95x15, 95x15, 95x15, 95x15
    • good mornings
    95x15, 95x15, 95x15, 95x15, 95x15
    • leg extension
    90x15, 90x15, 90x15, 90x15, 90x15
    • hamstring curl
    45x15, 45x15, 45x15, 45x15, 45x15

    That was enough for this evening. The hamstring curls sucked because the setup I have at home is absolutely not made for such an exercise.

    Diet is on track and I didn't **** up once. It appears as though I lost about 2lbs this week, but I've not yet stepped on the scale. We'll see come monday how I fare.

    Not much time to update today; consultants are coming in to fix our shipping issues. Yesterday was way longer than I'd expected and I didn't get to do everything I needed to do. Marlynn was sick so she didn't want to be out and about, so no Ikea, no Best Buy, and only a fleeting trip through the other furniture stores we went through.
