A couple steps back with the week off. I decided to take it easy so my shoulder would be closer to 100% this week when returning full force. I did use this time to eat some things I really shouldn't (including an all-out binge at a Hibachi restaurant), so I did put on a little weight. I believe that I'm floating around the 179 - 11% area as of this morning, which is likely an overshoot due to the egregious amount of carbs I took in last night. I'll recover this week and begin my progression next.
