Is there actually an old mine under your house, or is it just general subsidence?
Thanks man. I'll make it exactly half, just for you.

Not under the house, just the road. The house is on bedrock, so all of my **** should be safe.

    December 7, 2006 - I'm here, calm the **** down
I'll apologize, even if I don't ****ing need to, that I've been so overwhelmed with work, moving, and general malaise that I have not had the ability (i.e., will) to update this thing. If I had, the anger would've resulted in a nothing more than coprolalia and accusations that would transcend the common boundaries of good taste. Plus, my Internet isn't setup yet in the new place and they're not being very cool about it.

Yes, I'm still working out. Yes, I'm sort of still eating healthy. Until I'm fully settled, it may be hit and miss on the diet, but I'm still far better than I was last month. I'll keep it up, but here and there I'm accepting that there will be slip-ups due to Christmas, New Year's, and the omnipresent holiday feasts.

That's about it. I have a lot more to do before today ends, but if I get the chance I'll see if any neighbors have open wifi routers so I can st34lx0r teh intarw3b.

    Diet
Today, protein and oats, for the most part. Don't get yourself too excited, sirs.

    Workout
I had a few less than monumental workouts, but today I decided to up the volume on individual parts and split it out to see how it works for me. I hate how weak I've grown.

    DB Bench: 25x8, 35x8, 45x5, 55x5, 65x8, 65x8
Incredibly pathetic. How the hell is 65lbs difficult? That's what, 130lbs? **** me.

    Incline DB Flyes: 25x8, 25x8
    Slow, deep, no shoulder popping.

    Incline DB Bench: 45x8, 45x8
    I was spent.

One Arm DB Preacher Curls: 25x8:8, 25x8:8
These weren't too bad. Laughable that they're the same weight as the flyes.

    Swiss Ball Crunch: 0x10, +25x8
Anyone have a tissue or a gun?

Fourteen whole sets and I was ready to go to sleep on one of the dirty, uncomfortable benches that adorned the rubber-mat covered floors. The ephedrine no longer works, even slightly, for energy. I am going to have to give AMP a shot again to see if it still hammers my prostate. The ec doesn't seem to any longer, so maybe I'll get lucky.

    December 9, 2006 - So much hate...sweet.
You guys are all very spiteful. I approve. I don't have time for a large update, I need to go jump in the shower with my girlfriend, then go to the store.

    Diet
Oats, turkey, protein bar, and we'll see.

    Workout
    Back and some tricep work.

    BB Row: 45x8, 95x8, 135x5, 155x5, 155x5
Rows were never my strong point, so this is no shock. I did all but the last set as pronated, because I think a large issues I have is with my rear delts. It's a good time to start over.

    DB Rows: 25x8:8, 45x8:8, 65x6:6, 75x6:6, 75x6:6
I can move up next time. Didn't feel weak, but didn't feel strong.

    Rope Pulldowns: 80x8, 120x8, 120x8
The guy before me was doing 80 and straining like you wouldn't believe. He appeared to be about 6'3" and a lot more solid than I was. This was about the only solace I found on this day.

    Cybex Lat Pulldown: "10" or 120x6, 120x6
    Meh?

    Cybex Neutral Row: 81x6, 120x6, 120x6 (I think?)
I used the horizontal handles rather than the vertical, again to focus more on my rear delt strength (lack thereof).

    Cybex Pullover: 120x6, 6
Wow, this was an awesome machine.

    Dips: 0x6
I tried to use this fancy dip machine, but in order to do them, I'm forced into the speed in which the little assistance device moves up and down the track. Even if you remove the pin, you can't fold it up, so you're stuck with it. So I'd have to pause in weird places to get it to catch up. **** that.

I felt good after this workout.

If this an assisted dip machine? couldn't u just put a plate on the support pad thing to hold it down while u did ur set? workouts are looking good, numbers are starting to creep back up!

**** y...wait. I don't want you to take that literally.

Anyhow, I'm doing my best to get back into it. I can't expect to be at full speed right away. Today I upped my volume an appreciable amount, so I'm fairly happy with that. I'm not destroyed, I actually feel relaxed and "even." Is nice.

Sounds like a great idea (one that I've honestly not thought of), but it still wouldn't work for me there. The free weights and machine are in completely different parts of the building, because it's partially a rehab facility.

Creep is right, but it has only been about two weeks. I feel so much better after being back in the gym. My stress is definitely reduced, which is incredible for me. So, I suppose I'll be back to at least some modest strength levels before too long.

After the gym today I went to Sheetz to grab a protein bar and some water, since I left a lot of my supplements back at the old house (to be retrieved today). I must've stood in line 15 ****ing minutes, most of the time staring at the white, sweat-stained, crooked, flat-billed hat of an idiot ****ing gangster wannabe bitch holding a pint of Ben & Jerry's. Then, this stupid ****ing Amazonic Afro-American basketball player from WVU cut to the newly opened register, with her Predator-esque dreadlocks covering her zit-covered neck and forehead. God I hate people. I didn't say anything because I was afraid she would've punched me in the face and her reach was probably a solid 6" longer than mine. I just wanted to eat the stupid ****ing sugar-laced protein bar and be on my way. The two fat-bitches behind the counter looked like they'd never used a cash machine in their whole lifes, likely because they were too busy eating french fries and McMasturbating to their Brian Austin Green poster. "Oh David, you're so dreamy!" DIE IN A FIRE.

BWAAAAHAAAHAAAHAAHAAA!!! Be afraid. Be very afraid.

Good workout today. BB Rows aren't my strong point either, which is why they have to be done. What are all those fancy machines you've got listed there? I hadn't used machines in a while (feeling kinda macho about it).

edit: I recently briefly dated someone who had studied to be an auctioneer, so by association I feel qualified to start the bidding on Rene at $12.00. Do I hear $12.25?

    $12.25 going once...
