    Hey guys Im pretty much done with constent cutting, and watching my food intake. I just want to be as big as humanly possible now!

    Bench Press 245 or 225x5
    Dead Lift 275x5 max?
    ATG squat 255x1
    Total: 775
    Age 16
    Weight 185

    Incline Bench Press

    Dead Lift

    pull ups 1x12 dead hang

    rest of workout got cut out dad showed up early
