Hi, my name is Samantha. I've been weight lifting on and off for about the past 6 months.
In high school I ran cross country and played softball.
I am 5'5, 119 pounds, and 20 years old.
I used to be in great shape, but since I've gotten pregnant (my daughter is 9 months old now) I haven't been happy with how I look or feel.
I've tried about a dozen times to get back into excersising regularly, but can't seem to stick with it. Hopefully starting a journal keeps me motivated!
