Should I Stop drinking alcohol every second/third weekend, and prepare my self like totally? or should I go medium on the dicipline now and go hard in july, two months before? Because I am going on a 2 week trip in the end of june to a greek Island named kos, and I reckon I am going to drink quite a bit, will that have an affect on my results in the comp I am going to enter.
