When you eat/drink too much water soluble vitamins (Vit. C for example) the body gets rid of the excess in the feces. When I eat too much fruit or Vit C I get diarrhea, I was told this is how the body gets rid of the excess. Is this bad, I mean, does it dehydrate the body? Or is it natural and nothing to worry about? The reason why I am asking is because some of the members are eating a lot of Vit C. pills, more than I. Just wondering if there are any bad effects from it.
