    End of bulk..

    Well, I'm coming to the end of my bulk and I was wondering how long I should maintain my weight before I start to cut.

    perhaps a week or two. will make going from lots of calories (bulk) to low calories (cut) easier if you do it gradually. youll probably be less hungry at the start of your cut if you do maintenance for alittle...

    This will be my first attemp at cutting. Is there anything else that I should do or need to do to get ready for a cut?
