I hosted a video of someone on YouTube and they somehow saw it. Nothing naked but a girl making kissy faces and showing off her body. (I don't even know this girl by the way, someone sent it to me).
She found it and mailed me saying she's going to call the police. I said I was sorry but she never answered back.
I'm ****ting because damn, no one wants to get arrested by the police. Right at Christmas time too.
I know it was wrong to host it but I didn't even know her. Let alone think that it would come back on me.
The dude in your av would have asked her in his email response back to her, "do you have any more video's". I take it thats not you?
Anyway, no, you cant get in trouble for it
EDIT: can you send the video to firstname.lastname@example.org , i need some new material. Thanks

She didn't ask you to remove it? Even if she did, you still don't need to.
It's not pornographic. There's nothing she can do.
(Think about the paparazzi - do they get in trouble for taking pictures of what they want? rarely, and only in extenuating circumstances )
Post the link!!
She said if I don't remove it then she would be calling the police. I then removed it, as well as my accounts at the places I posted the video.
I'm ****ting tacks here.
I deleted the video. It's never to be seen again. I really don't want to get in trouble for this.
Also, she might work out at my gym since it's the biggest one downtown and she looks like she trains. I'm locked in for a year so either I will have to start going super early in the morning.
I really hope nothing comes of this.

She couldn't do anything but complain. That's all she could do.
She said something about her uncle or something being a cop. I don't know if that's bull**** or not but it's scary. I guess if I don't see the cops by tomorrow then I'm alright.
I sure hope I never run into her. She seems like the kind of girl that is really popular and will have guys gang jump me.
Nothing will happen. You could get a cease and desist order from a lawyer, but that is about it.
Well, I'm gonna go to my room and have a heart attack now.
Quit being such a baby, nothing is going to happen.

Bluffing. And it worked.
I'm not moaning, i'm having an opinion.
I wouldn't worry about it, she probably can't do anything other then involve a lot of her time and money in getting you to take the video down. Nothing legal can come of the matter.
Secondly, I wouldn't worry about her at all. Go to the gym when you want to, if she's there then ignore her. It'll piss her right off, and if it were me I'd probably make the remark about how if she didn't want the video out on the internet then she or whoever filmed it shouldn't have put it out there.
Never underestimate the power of denial.
At WORST you might get a restraining order and the chances of that are slim to none
Grow up. And stop posting this **** here.
