It's all going to my gut. My stomach gets bigger but my body stays the same. So far I've gained 7 pounds and it looks like my arms gained a LITTLE LITTLE bit of size but it's mostly my stomach. I've cut out all chocolate and sugary foods. Except juice. All I eat is white bread, chicken, beef, fish, rice, mashed potatoes, pork, cashews. Healthy foods. Any ideas? Is my stomach adapting first and THEN I get bigger?
How many grams of protein, fat, carbs, and total calories are you consuming every day? And white bread isn't healthy. And you should eat fruit, not drink it.
Also, what does your workout routine look like? And how long did it take you to gain this 7 pounds?

I'm thinking its probably your diet. You have to count calories, even seasoned lifters usually count calories.
You're also probably not training hard enough. A hard lifter can have pretty generous partitioning even if they eat alot of junk.

More importantly, are you lifting weights? And if so whats your routine like?
I would think it to be very hard to add size with any kind of respectable pace unless your training in the weight room.
And 7lbs is nothing. That can be water weight.
dont sweat It, like others have said 7 pounds is nothing you should be able to lose that in a couple Intense workouts...
I started bulking 11/14 @ 181.5 and after 2 weeks I would never weigh less then 186 anytime I weighed myself, now after 3 weeks I havent weighed less then 189.5.. My belly hasnt got to much bigger but I'v noticed definate gains in my arms and in my chest and shoulders....
Just keep Lifting hard and eating alot....If your tryin to gain weight quickly Its hard not to do It sloppy....
