It's all going to my gut. My stomach gets bigger but my body stays the same. So far I've gained 7 pounds and it looks like my arms gained a LITTLE LITTLE bit of size but it's mostly my stomach. I've cut out all chocolate and sugary foods. Except juice. All I eat is white bread, chicken, beef, fish, rice, mashed potatoes, pork, cashews. Healthy foods. Any ideas? Is my stomach adapting first and THEN I get bigger?
