While I was calculating the protein intake, I just thought whether my protein bar really contains 32 gms of protein as it says or the whey protein shake really has 22 gms as on its label.
Do these products ever pass any test?? I know for sure a tuna can contains what it says but its difficult to say about the BB supplements. Any Comments? But I know no matter hw much I believe in them , I will keep spending money on them cos theres no other option .
