    New PR!

    BFGUITAR has officially deadlifted 200 pounds
    I went from not doing deadlifts at all to 200 pounds in 4 monthes!

    Bench went from 95x6 to 160x5
    Squat went from non existant to 165x5

    Thanks everyone who helped me through

    220-225 or so I would guess
    Max Lifts:------------------ Goals
    Bench Press: 215lbs------- 250lbs
    Squat:300lbs------------ 300 lbs
    Deadlift: 335------------ 350 lbs
    ----------------------
    Total: 850lbs ---------- 900 lbs

    Quick question about grip.
    My current grip has my palms facing me. Ive seen other people do one palm facing them and the other away. I was also told it helps with the grip.

    Does it matter at this point which grip I use?

    mixed or alternate grip (1 palm out, 1 palm in) will help to hold the bar better at higher weights because the bar wont be able to try and roll out of the hand. That is awesome for 4 months progress! congrats.

    I also hit a PR of 220x5 on t-bar rows and 175x5 on BB rows
    w:225lbs. h:5'10.
