    Bulk Weight

    I have upped my calorie intake by about 700 a day and in the last month i have gained 5 pounds.I can see that i am gaining mass in a good way,but feel most is fat?I am training hard still.What sholuld i expect?Is this normal?
    Train,train hard.Eat,eat lots and sleep even more.
