    I did a morning workout on Saturday morning weighing a light (for me) 201.5, so I did 200 for reps. The results:

    200x20

    I guess 5 lbs BW makes a decent bit of difference. No vid, though.
    5'9" 195 lbs

    SQ 490x1 (raw)
    BP 430x1 (shirted), 320x1 (raw)
    SN 209x1 C+J 250x1

    Just pulled off 23 @ 200 lbs. I didn't think I could get that many.
    5'11" 220lbs.

    BENCH - 330 x 1
    SQUAT - 405 x 1
    DEADLIFT - 450 x 1

    Before my weight increased 2 lbs it was 115 x 8

    put me down for 160 x 17 for now...

    my weight fluctuates from the low 150s-160 at tops, so I just went with 160.

    260x18 (Pretty pathetic for me considering b4 i got sick last year i was pulling out 450x12).....But getting some weight back now after starting to train again cpl months ago.

    Hey guys.... I'm a lurker on here, just here to soak up the info mostly but I had to try. My max is 355..... I am 6'1 200lbs. I did 200 24 times yesterday!!!
    Fat, But workin on it!!!!! Rome wasn't built in a day, but again, neither are fast food joints!!!!!

    Missed the competition

    Thought I'd post my numbers anyways. I benched 210lbs 25 reps. I work out mon tues weds thurs nites and usually on saturdays. I'm gonna try a shave off a few lbs. and try again on monday when I'm fresh at 205. I'm hoping to get in the 28 rep range then.

    just a little background...i joined wbb a few months ago, but havent been able to post on the regular because of law school, but with school winding down i plan to start posting ALOT more. i was trying to slow bulk over the past few months, with some success. with summer coming up i recently started my cut. will post diet, workout later.

    will be posting pics this week.

    my weight is back to 170lbs
    had to try again, no vid this time though
    but i did 170x34
    wanted 35, but on the last one i felt like it was giving out so i said tieing isnt so bad.
