Goals by January '08:
Well, I weighed myself in at 133. I did it at 135. I got 6 reps. That's a couple more than I expected. That was my max a month ago, so, ya.
How much longer is there? I'm positive I can have it up to 10 in two weeks. Most likely more. My bench has been growing really fast.

Wow. This contest is OLD. I might just give it a go again, though. I'm now down to 201-202 lbs so I'll see how many I can do with 200. I should be good for 20 at a minimum (I've done 12 with 225 - strict, full lockout each rep with pause).
You can throw me down for either 5 @ 195 or 3 @ 205.
eh.. second heavy bench workout in 8 months.. My bodyweight, 257.8.. bench workout 275x7..
wow thats ****ing ridiculous.. I shouldn't even post it. When I was 235 I was hitting 315x10 and warming up with 225x20.. I'll re-post in about 4 months since I'll be back in the groove by then..
