    I did 185x40 and stopped, my chest doesnt like to stran.... have to let the shoulder/chest tear Heal More!

    I might be able to get my bodyweight for about 10 reps, I'll probably never end up being top dog in teh BW for anything challenges but meh. I'll climb a lot further up the ladder once I hit 225

    bah.. carb depleted, fasted.. training session @ 7pm, only prior meal was 4 scoops protein @ 530pm...

    240x20

    stopped at 20 to prevent any issues due to the low cals.. I'm cutting dammit, don't laugh..



    and yes my sig should be updated.. I'm sitting at about 240 now..

    I done this again a few months ago and hit 235x40 after my heavy sets. I'll only do high rep sets like this maybe once or twice a year.

    only just spotted this thread area lol, after all this time

    The best Ive done is 180 x 13 after a heavy shoulder workout I reckon Im good for at least 15 but ill try to make sure some time and video it
