    Thats awesome stuff there.
Do you know if that is current? It looks as to be so. He was getting lean, I don't if he still is.

This is from the most recent articles EFS put out. I'm pretty sure Dave is still staying lean, though I *think* he is trying to get back into lifting heavy again. There for awhile his mobility was piss poor and he had a lot of health problems. He's been getting lean for awhile now and was pretty low the last time I saw pictures of him.

I dunno. I'm not impressed. He kinda sounds like a pussy:
'Oh, don't drink milk, it will fill you up'
'Oh, eat them before your stomach has a chance to tell you you're full'

When I pound down a bag of Oreos, I take my sweet time, enjoy them, and drink about a half-gallon of milk.

We tend to think of Sisyphus as a tragic hero, condemned by the gods to shoulder his rock sweatily up the mountain, and again up the mountain, forever. The truth is that Sisyphus is in love with the rock. He cherishes every roughness and every ounce of it. He talks to it, sings to it. It has become the mysterious Other. He even dreams of it as he sleepwalks upward. Life is unimaginable without it, looming always above him like a huge gray moon. He doesn’t realize that at any moment he is permitted to step aside, let the rock hurtle to the bottom, and go home.

hahhaha i LOVE it - i dont knwo about startign with the normal oreos though double stuffed are sooo much better
Way down this road, in a gym far away, a young man was once heard to say, "I've repped high and I've repped low, No matter what I do my legs won't grow."

He tried leg extensions, leg curls, and leg presses, too. Trying to cheat these sissy workouts he'd do. From the corner of the gym where the big men train, Through a cloud of chalk and the midst of pain.

Where the big iron rides high and threatens lives, Where the noise is made with big forty fives. A deep voice bellowed as he wrapped his knees, A very big man with legs like trees.

Laughing as he snatched another plate from the stack, Chalking his hands and monstrous back, Said "Boy stop lying and don't say you've forgotten, Trouble with you is you ain't been SQUATTIN"

I hope dave gets fat again on his way to lifting heavy. Skinny dave is too boring, except for articles like this where you can tell fat dave is trying to get out.

This would be more impressive if he was loaded up on Ho-Ho's, Ring Dings and a Family Sized bag of Doritos.
