Just finished wbb1 routine with great success.. When i started I couldn't bench 135lbs at all, and now I max out at 170. I couldn't squat 115 and now my max is 190. My shoulders aren't very wide and I want routine that will get me wider and thicker than I am at this point.
-I did this routine to get basic mass down and obviously to begin my stages in training. I have been doing this routine for 6 months and have stuck with a fairly good diet.
What routine will fit me best to gain thickness and width?
