Strange pain after my AB workout.

i was doing some hardcore abs yesterday, and my abs are hurting, lol a good thing> but the lower part of my ribs feel pretty tender, just some pain when i touch my ribs, not my abs, is that normal, its not like a rib breaking feeling, just when i touch my ribs they hurt, but only the lower half. is it something i should worry about or not.
    Thanx

HEy I get that when I do serious ab workouts too. The movement that makes them hurt for me is when I put two benches together and do side bend type things to hit the obliques. I know what you mean though. I almost feels like the intercoastals or the muscle on the ribs itself have been worked.
