Thought i'd add to the challenges. I found swapping to Incline press to be an eye opener for me. I was massivly weak at incline, while i was very strong at flat bench.
My best previously @ a body weight of 190lbs was 11 reps
I maxed out at 405 at a bodyweight of 260
Best numbers were 315x8. I took a while off incline and im working my way back finally hitting 380 again.
My Incline is pretty much the same as my Flat. I only really use Dumbells for Incline so i dont know for sure. I rep 110 lb DB's for 3 sets of 6-7 reps on Incline.
Age: 25 Height:5/9" Weight: 180lbs/ 80kgs
Current PR's (updated 19th March.)
Bench: 325lbs/ 145kgs
Dead: 395lbs/ 180kgs
Squat: 370lbs/ 165kgs x 1 parallel.
i weigh around 165 and awhile ago i got 175x5 pretty easy
i havent done incline in a LONG time but my best was like 250 x 3 with room to spare, body weight i can probley get 10
2000 or bust
I'm lucky to do 195 5 or 6 times, I am so horrible at those.
Man, I don't know if I've ever done incline barbell bench press.
I've only ever used dumbells.
incline bench is awsome, cant arch your back so much so you have a lot of ROM.
I likle the bench and dead challenges, but this is a bit of overkill imo.

last I did incline was probably last year. Did a 245x5. Now my shoulders dont care for it

Pre shoulder injury I did 97.2KG * 2 at body weight of 75KG(165lb).
My finall rep out set was a set of 10 on 80KG(176lb @ 165lb's). (Bar touching chest of course).
Not sure how many I could have got on bodyweight though as my main set.
last time i tried i did 105 pound dumbbells on incline for 15? and i weigh 185
