    Power Clean video?

    I just saw a video on here a couple weeks ago with a guy showing and talking about power cleans and a couple other OL's. The video was close to 10 minutes long I think. Anyone know where to find it?

    Go to Youtube and search for Power Clean. It's usually the first one that pops up, and is called "Power Clean Instructional Video", or something similar to that. The narrators voice is hilarious to the point of distraction, but the instruction is pretty good. You're right, it's slightly over 10 minutes long.
