    Help with my footbal workout.

    Hi guys I have a quick question. I cant seem to figure out which one would be better for football. can you guys help me pick one.

    its because everytime I pick one someone debunks it. I am gong to stick with one of these once i decide which one to do.

    But does that help as much as the defranco routine for football? thanks for the help though.

    umm what does KC mean and what do you mean by runs head into wall. lol is that saying that the baby got back is much better?

    Dude...just pick something and stick with it. Try the football one for a few months without giving up. If it's helping you, then more power to you. BGB will help you as well, but the football routine looks like it's geared more towards your goals/sport.

    Kc is his name and "runs head into wall" means your indecisiveness is driving him crazy enough to have the urge to smash his face into the nearest hard surface.

    That might be part of it, but I acutally did that in terms of the Defranco's program lol

    Ok. well im 6 foot and 150 pds(I know very skinny). I am a Line backer and a wide reciever. I never really maxed out I will go do it right now.

    What do you work with in the gym? numbers in general and how old are you?

    Im 15. I havent started lifting yet. I just maxed out and I got 150 bench. 180 sqaut and 205 dead lift. I probably could of gotten a few more pounds in each of them except the bench but I wass trying to get them up ASAP

    thats fairly sick for 150lbs.....and a beginner......who hasnt even started lifting....oh wait

    Well i mainly have done body weight excercises for the past year or two. I really did get that. Trust me I am not trying to cheat myself. Who is chad waterbury. does he also post at this forum?

    Ok thanks for all the help guys. Once I get a good workout I will defenistly do it everyday that I am supposed to.

    my point was i highly doubt your lifts....you are cheating yourself, everyone has to start somewhere, and its admirable that you made the first step, but dont waffle with the lifts....

    Well it really isnt worth arguing over, but I really did get those lifts. I hope you know that I am not repping that I am doing a 1 rep max.

    If you've never lifted before, why were you trying to do 1RM's?

    He asked for my statistics so I assumed he wanted my Max for those three excercises. When kids in my school talk about there stats thats what they do. I am sorry for confusing you.

    I only said that because that isn't safe. You've never lifted and you're repping for as much weight as you can. You could've very easily injured yourself.
