    Home Weight Setup

Well I just bought a wieght bench yesterday that allows me to do dips and squats as well as bench press. Anyway, does anybody know where i can find some instructions on how to build a "platform" so I can drop my deadlifts and power cleans and not damage the cement floor? I tried searching and came up with nothing. Thanks

I like that first one. Anyone have any luck finding a place that you can pick rubber strips up like that?

When I build mine for my business I intend to buy horse stall matting and cut it. That stuff is tough as hell and relatively cheap.

I just cut some 3/4" plywood into big squares and stapled indoor/outdoor carpet on top. Eventually the plywood will get destroyed, but I'll just make new ones. I already had that crap lying around.
