i bought some superpump250 the other day at GNC and i tried it for the last couple of days and the only thing it did for me is made use the bathroom more and constapated me and when i lift it made my stomach and left side hurt. My dad and uncle tried it and it work really well on them it gave them more energy within their first work out. Can anyone give me some names of some other supplements that i can use and it work for me. Thanks for reading my post.

I have some friends that take superpump and they say that it really gives them a lot of energy. Right now I take no explode and that gives me a lot of extra energy in the gym.
Eh... just consume some caffeine. It's the main ingredient in these supps anyways.
