    Adipose Tissue Sucks


    Yep, it does.

    Current 5'11" 186lbs.

    Got to 198lbs, then got distracted by drugs/parties/raves/etc and seemingly changed body composition without changing weight (somehow, I know).

    Will conclude cut at about 170lbs or so.

    Yesterdays workout:

    Flat DB Press
    70s x 12,10,10

    HS Chest Press
    1p x 12,12,12

    Pec Fly
    120 x 12,12

    Tricep Pressdowns
    60 x 15
    70 x 12,12

    Cable Lateral Raise
    15 x 10
    10 x 12

    Yep. 1 week of eating 1000 calories at most a day, raving/partying, smoking a ****load of bud, and dancing 8 hours while on E will result in a very weak ****ty workout .
