Here are mine - I think they are tough, but given good training, very doable:
*Stay injury free (improve ab, posterior chain, rotator cuff strength)
*Military Press 225
*Bench 315 (raw)
A child does not learn to squat from the top down. In other words, he does not suddenly make a conscious decision one day to squat. Actually, he is squatting one day and make the conscious decision to stand. Squatting precedes standing in the developmental sequence. This is the way a child's brain learns to use the body as the child develops movement patterns. Therefore, a child is probably crawling, rocks back into a squatting position with the back completely relaxed and the hips completely flexed, and stands when he has enough hip strength. This approach makes a lot of sense and can be applied to relearning the deep squat movement if it is lost. -Gray Cook

My immediate goal is to lose about 50 lbs and gain significant fitness. After that I can think about bulking/strength gaining.
By Feb 27th:
Bench: 170 5x5 (this is gonna be very difficult for me)
Deadlift: 225 5x5
Squat: 200 5x5
I believe I'm on course for all these, though the bench will be quite difficult. My bench progresses slowly.
Lose the fat around my waist and pecs. Continue the progress of the last year of my new life style. Continue to build muscle mass and definition but the fat is the biggest priority. I have been at it for a year come Feb 12 07. I never thought I would stick with it. If I did you can, Just Start.
Going to get a Rack and continue learning proper form and nutrition!
And these additions:
- The Big 3 lifts above in a Raw competition
Push Press 300lbs
Drop down to under 225 in weight (which is hopefully at around 12-14% BF) and maintain there
Compete in my first strongman competition
Complete OLY classes
Get back to taking some BJJ classes

Oo.... As for me:
Bench: 150 lbs (+ 45 from where I am right now)
Squat: BW (post surgery rehab will eat up a tonne of training time.)
Deadlift: 2XBW (These dont hurt my knees much!)
- Break a provincial record in bench only (+10 kg from my PR)
- Qualify for the 2007-2008 nationals in the Three Lift.
And the big one for me:
Completely rehab my knee!!!! That would make me SO happy!
-stop being a bitch and finding excuses to fail
-squat 550 in single ply gear
-go shoulder injury free
-finally compete in a competiton

Bench: 300 (260+ Current Estimate)
Full Squat: 400 (310+ Current Estimate)
Deadlift: 450 (380+ Current Estimate)
My goals for this year, all while staying around 175-180LBs (Current Weight).
Among those I think the squat will be the hardest to hit, but I think it's doable.
Forever Goal: Strength
Weightlifting sucks. I just like to lift heavy things.
I want to be 180lbs with visible definition by April 1.
I want to be 210 by August 1 (end of bulk)
I WILL DEADLIFT 660. RRRRAAAWWW, hehe, makes a good battle cry...
This deadlift will be the drving force, this is the big thing for me, I wanna do triple body weight. actually scratch that I WILL PULL TRIPLE BODYWEIGHT.
Thats 7 plates a side, 280kilos +20kilo bar=300kg.660lbs
I might add some small plates just to make it 666 lol
I want to break the 1.5k/app. 1 mile national school boy ergo record of 4.44.8, I want to dominate rowing nationals, and I want to kick the Youth Olympics crews ASS!!!!
Being a strong teenager means nothing.
My wrists hurt, but some people don't have wrists to be sore. My knees have tendinitis, but some people don't have legs to get tendinitis in. I seem to be going backwards with training, yet some people can't even walk let alone lift 400 pounds on a daily basis.
Dust out the vagina, and keep on lifting.
Jesus Christ Fuzzy 220lbs on your dead in 8 months. Don't like to be a negative nancy but damn.
Fuck, fight, or hold the light.
Push Press: 60
Bulk -> 85
Cut -> 78-80
get back to sub 10% bodyfat (this time at around 185, instead of 165)
after that, I want to increase strength without putting on much more weight or fat
5'10", 170lbs, 10% bf
Bench:255 Squat:295 Dead:400
Snatch:145 C&J: 205
Chin-Up: +135 Dip: +100
Max Pull-Ups: 44

You want our weapons!? Come and get them!
Be at a lean 180 by this time next year.
I've got a long way to go but if I keep at it, eat right, and get sleep, I think I can do it.
See my goals in my siggy... Until I break those records they will remain my goals!
