    I have just been to the gym and today was chest. My strength was unreal compared to normal. I was pressing way higher than normal. I was stuck on 72 kg x 8 reps for months.Today i managed 82 kg x 8 reps and even got a one rep max of 102 kg.
    Train,train hard.Eat,eat lots and sleep even more.
