    Abdominal Help

I have been doing the WBB #1 workout and have been getting big. The only problem is I still have some puppy fat and I was wondering what a good ab workout excersise is to turn my layer of fat into razor sharp abs! Thanks!

Bulk and Cut, Bulk and Cut. Can't get big and get ripped abs with 'puppy fat'. That **** just sounds gross. Puppy fat, phew.

I know exactly what you mean. A buddy added more intensity and reps. After a month started to look more like a lifter.

Nothing like a 185lbs that can squat 600 range and looks like a chubby high school kid with his shirt off.

You can't spot reduce fat, and training in the high rep range will not burn more fat or give you "razor sharp abs." If you want to see your abs you need to diet the fat off.

You should work out like you normally do when you're on a cut.

A cut is just a time when you're running on a reduced calorie diet in order to loss fat.

You cut when you are ready to.

I do it when I've more fat on myself than what I'd like.

Yes, that's fine. The only things you're going to change on a cut are the length of your workouts, your caloric intake, and perhaps (to your personal preference) differing the amounts of your macros for that given caloric intake (protein, carbs, and fat). As long as you're hitting your minimums, all is well.

Do you track your food into www.fitday.com?
