Got very sick last week. Haven't been in the gym since Dec 26th. I think it was the flu
I was back at work for the first time and I heard some dreaded words: "You look skinnier!"
I was right where I wanted to be mass wise. It's going to take a few weeks to get back.
I lost about 8 pounds of pretty solid mass. Doesn't sound like much, but when you go from 178 to 170, it's a pretty big difference and a visible one. My appetite felt normal for the first time this evening. Ate a HUGE dinner.
I just can't wait to get back into the gym. Just in time for squat day! I think I'm going to go fairly light though. Depends on how I feel.
The funny thing is, I was a little self conscious about being skinny!
Hahahaha, isn't that a little abnormal in today's society?
Man, I can't wait to have that weight on my shoulders.
