    Help me out with a routine issue here

    So as some of you may know, my wife (God bless her) is going back to school soon. During the evening I'll be watching a house full of kids, and will probably only be able to do a short workout each night, except for Friday when she's home.

    What do you think about this? The alternatives I suppose would be morning workouts (very unlikely with me) or working out on weekends only (yuck).

    Monday
    Bench press 5x5

    Tuesday
    Squat 5x5

    Wednesday
    Chinups or T-Bar Rows 5x5

    Thursday
    Deadlifts 5x5

    Friday
    Full body

    Why not workout Fri, Sat, Sun?

    lift in the mornings. or weekends. its only about an hour out of your day. if you really are keen on lifting, im sure you can find time.

    Looks good. Not optimal, but given your time constraints it's quite solid.
