The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

hey, get like a 25lbs plate hold it in one hand up against your chest. with the other arm hold on to the power rack keep your feet out a little ways from your body and squat down making sure to keep the weight on the chest. You'll have to arch your back, back to keep it there. But if you need to develop massive quads there good at it.

I'd imagine they are good for quad development. I've used them and I know they burn like nothing else after a while.

Yeh. We used em some, but I'd attribute 99% of my quad development (which is all gone now) to squatting, squatting, and more squatting.

My knees hurt just looking at that. Is there any advantage to these over leg extensions? Seem like essentially the same movement...
