    Today I worked shoulders. My shoulders are the weakest part of my body and I'm trying new ways to get them stronger... very broad shoulders.

    Serious lifting in here man. I liked that short leg workout a while back there. I do that occasionally too.

    It was awesome man... I ate like **** though... you can't beat all you can eat king crab and shrimp buffets. I broke about even playing poker and the wedding was great!! I didn't want to come back. :-/ Anyways, Tom my training partner has a new work schedule so I'm back to working out alone for a little bit.. I'm gonna start WBB Revised 1.1 cause that looks solid..

    All in all, I'm enjoying the routine. I feel 6 sets on certain excersises is a little bit too much so I have toned it down a little and added a little bit more weight.
