definitely not the best stuff i've ever had, but not as bad as I thought it would be.

had a natty pb sandwich on wheat bread with a bananna for lunch.
snacked on some beef jerky throughout the day.
now cooking up some chicken and whole wheat pasta for dinner before the gym.
tonight is pull night, back/bi's.
feeling energized from dinner(chicken & wheat pasta)
so hopefully it will be a good, heavy workout.

workouts look nice. some strong curling. you'll love the nitrean.....add some sugar free choc. pudding to it, or pnut butter, or both......it's great stuff.
BCorn: Thanks for checking out my journal! Last night was the first time I had done preacher's in awhile and they felt really good! I've been using the strawberry nitrean--but I think I prefer the chocolate now--man it's tasty stuff!
anyway, off to class for a math test, wish me luck.
test was eh, not as great as i would have liked but not terrible either.
had some chicken & brown rice for dinner--with a little bit of fruit also.

10 min. HIIT treadmill
10 min. elliptical
ab workout consists of laying on a decline bench, holding a 10lb. plate--1 rep is both a crunch and side twists. 2 sets of 10 reps.
did a little other ab work also--all in all a good workout.
going to the gym in the morning tomorrow instead of the evening.
have a bachelor party tomorrow night--going to a brazilian style buffet--I see a lot of calories in my very near future, haha.
so legs tomorrow morning.

I base my workouts around the WBB #1 routine. The V squat is just a machine version of a regular squat that I use at my gym, I just figured i'd use the name of the machine, which is v-squat .
had a relaxing weekend, back on it tonight with chest/tri's.
