    Dietary Help?:?

    No...I havent strayed from my diet in 5 weeks...up a good 8lbs, but I am realizing that my stomach isnt handling the protein and the more I read the more I realize my proein is too high.....problem is, Im having trouble finagling to keep my cals sub 3K during this bulking phase (too many bulk with extremes!) if you could help, I'd really appreciate it....

    im a little confused what are you asking??
    if your protien is too high and you cant take it simple answer lower your protien...you have 8 meals correct?? thats a ton of meal you could most likely be ok with compeltly taking out one of those meals and spacing them more like 2-3 hrs apart instead of 1-2 hrs(generally) like you are doing 5-7 meals is plenty during the day

    or if your having trouble digesting all the protein, i've heard some good things about papaya chewables aiding in the digestion of protein. but im also confused on what your asking.
